No I will not marry you, biaaaaaaaaaaaatch!

Last night I watched Gilmore Girls. I was never completely sold on Logan, so I was happy that Rory turned him down. All of the helicoptering around and losing millions of dollars in business deals at 23 was a little much for me. The grandparents singing was quite a sight... Otherwise, I was just thinking that I was impressed they were ending the show this season. I only realized recently that it was really happening and I am proud of them for not dragging it out as Paris and Rory ended up somehow living together again and Loreali bounced back between Christopher and Luke some more. I will miss the witty banter, but they haven't been doing quite as well with that this season as in the past, so I think I'll be okay.

What else did everyone watch last night? Anyone catch the L&O? I tried to record it, but m's PVR was already set up to record the Unit and House and I didn't want to mess with it.

I watched American Idol & realized that Barry Gibb is looking more & more like a Geico caveman. It's true! And freaky. I thought Jordin's 2nd song was great - I got chills. And then the judges were all down on it! Geez. Oh well, what do I know about singing.

Then I watched the L&O. Good stuff! Although David Cross didn't seem to have much of his trademark snarkiness. All in all, a decent episode. I didn't realize this was the version with Mr. Big. Yay! And they had a twist in that the Howard Stern-type guy (Cross) killed the son, but the sister, who was basically everyone's caretaker, killed the Anna Nicole-type person! Oooooh! Oh, and the only surviving relatives from the dead billionaire were his crazy spinster cat-lady daughters & the new baby was made using his preserved sperm! And the older son was supposedly his, too, but I can't remember if they ever decided he really was or not. Lots of twists! Not bad!
